Cala Reale: Built in the nineteenth century, it features the Royal Palace, now the seat of the Ministry of the Environment, and the marine turtle hospital (CRAMA).
Cala d’Oliva: Abandoned village where you can visit the central branch and the bunker of Totò Riina.
Cala Barche Napoletane: Beach with fine light sand and posidonia.
Cala del Turco: Cove with a pebble beach, colorful cliffs, and Mediterranean scrub.
Cala del Bianco: Rocky beach with little white sand and clear sea.
Cala Sabina: Clear sea, magnificent seabed, and soft beach.
Cala Sant’Andrea: Enchanting beach, Corsican gull nesting area, access prohibited.

• Cala d’Arena: Beach with pink sand, access prohibited, nesting area for the Caretta-Caretta.
  Carcere dell’Asinara: Active until 1998, became a National Park in 2002. It hosted members of the Red Brigades and Falcone and Borsellino. Renowned as “The second Alcatraz.”
  Elighe Mannu: Holm oak woodland area.
  Ossario Austro-Ungarico: Contains the remains of about 7048 Austro-Hungarian soldiers from the First World War.
  Cappella Austro-Ungarica: Built by prisoners of war during the First World War.
